Sr. Associate, Manufacturing 12 hour Shift (Evenings 6pm-6am)

Senior Associate in manufacturing at a biopharmaceutical company responsible for managing device assembly and packaging operations on a 12-hour evening shift. The role focuses on maintaining cGMP compliance, equipment troubleshooting, staff supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead device assembly and packaging line operations in full cGMP compliance
- Oversee equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintain machine uptime on automated systems
- Supervise and develop manufacturing technicians while ensuring production schedules are met
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to resolve manufacturing issues and support CAPA processes
- Champion continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to drive operational excellence on the production floor
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED plus 4 years biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- OR Associate's degree plus 2 years relevant manufacturing or quality experience
- OR Bachelor's degree plus 6 months manufacturing experience
- Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) knowledge and experience
- Technical proficiency with pharmaceutical/biotech packaging equipment and processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and participating in quality processes
