Sr. Packaging Equipment Operator - 12-Hour Night Shift - Columbus Plant

Responsibilities
- Safely operate filling, processing, and sterilization equipment with proper monitoring
- Complete accuracy checks, sterility testing, and required documentation
- Maintain safe and clean work environments through sanitation tasks
- Replenish production materials and communicate across department levels
- Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of manufacturing or production experience
- Team collaboration skills with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments (preferred)
Compensation: $17.15–$34.25/hour
