As our client enters a transformative phase of organizational growth, we are actively recruiting a temporary Executive Director, People & Culture for an interim engagement starting in the immediate future. Based out of their New York headquarters, this executive will act as a critical strategic partner to leadership during this pivotal period, driving a world-class global talent strategy and supporting a deeply dedicated international workforce. - Design, implement, and scale comprehensive organization-wide People & Culture strategies that align with long-term institutional goals
- Act as a culture champion, spearheading initiatives that elevate employee engagement, wellness, morale, and global connectivity
- Lead and mentor the domestic and international People & Culture team, providing clear guidance, professional development, and collaborative leadership
- Partner with senior executives and center directors worldwide to provide high-level counsel, leadership coaching, and organizational design solutions
- Drive the digital transformation of the HR function by evaluating, implementing, and optimizing modern HRIS, CRM, and automated talent management tools (e.g., Salesforce, modern payroll, and applicant tracking platforms)
- Develop and manage a fit-for-purpose People Operations budget, optimizing resources, anticipating workforce metrics (turnover, vacancy, utilization), and forecasting future headcount needs
- Establish clear, data-driven People dashboards and HR metrics to provide regular insights and trends to senior management
- Infuse Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) values deeply into the organization's recruitment, performance management, compensation, and everyday culture
