JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Clinical Pharmacist
HOSP - CLIN PHARM
Full-Time
Clinical Pharmacist candidates will have the following job responsibilities:
- Our Pharmacists provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services for hospital inpatients.
- The role of the Pharmacy is to promote safe and effective medication therapy for all patients and to provide oversight and leadership of the medication use system.
- Our team is passionate about ensuring an exceptional patient experience and committed to caring like family.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-
Clinical Pharmacist
HOSP - CLIN PHARM
Full-Time
Clinical Pharmacist candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- Open to experience. Hospital Pharmacy experience is preferred but not required. *would consider new grads and Pharmacy retail experience.
- B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy, a Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy is preferred
- Active pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy
- Completion of hospital PGY1/ pharmacy general practice residency or fellowship highly preferred
- Specialty BCPS certification preferred
