Regional Marketing Field Coordinator As the on-ground marketing partner at the divisional level, the Regional Marketing Field Coordinator supports local community execution, New Home Consultants (NHCs), and division/regional marketing initiatives. The role ensures timely, brand-aligned marketing implementation at the community level. Responsibilities Serve as the primary marketing resource for sales leaders and NHCs in the field. Fulfill NHC requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity in partnership with regional teams. Support Quick Move-In homes with accurate signage, post and monitor MLS listings, and oversee community photography. Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates. Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across assigned divisions. Partner with approved signage vendors for installations, removals, and updates. Manage and organize the marketing closet with current branded materials. Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events including grand openings, broker events, sales promotions, and open house weekends. Support national and regional campaign rollouts at the local community level. Oversee community launch execution, including WHC office set-up in partnership with regional and national merchandising teams, Self-Guided Tour install/removal, and basic office systems. Support regional content teams with photography requests for homes, models, local area, testimonial, and lifestyle images as needed. Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and the regional marketing team to ensure flawless execution. Qualifications Bachelor of Science or Arts degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of experience required; proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator. Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams. Resourceful, solution-oriented, and comfortable with digital tools and platforms (MLS, Canva, Airtable). Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries is a plus. Travel & Physical Requirements Weekly community-level travel within the assigned division/market. Regular in-person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours is essential. The role may require more than eight hours per day, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, operate in confined construction trailers, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, and occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity for computer use is required.
