Base Pay $20.00 - $21.75 / Hour Industry Manufacturing Employee Type Full Time Required Degree High school Overview: Innova Disc Golf is seeking a full-time Multimedia Content Creator for our Rancho Cucamonga, California location. This person will be working on projects that will impact our direct-to-public offerings. The primary role is to quickly and creatively prepare product videos, social media videos, and associated content creation. Secondary duties include branding design and product photography for Innova's digital channels. We are searching for highly skilled applicants with specialties in video editing, graphic design, layout design, and vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator/After Effects. Clear and prompt communication with the creative team is essential. You will be working in tandem with a veteran creator and project managers who will guide you throughout your time with us. Responsibilities: Edit raw footage to create dynamic and compelling video content Work with team members to create engaging social video content Color correct, sound mix, and create high-resolution exports for the web and other platforms Work alongside producers to develop and implement new video editing graphic styles, and new formats for our video content Troubleshoot video/photographic, technical issues that arise as needed Assist with capturing footage in the field and in the office during normal working hours Collaborate with team members in the creative planning, scripting, and preproduction of upcoming projects Make the full scope of creative and editorial decisions in collaboration with key stakeholders for assigned content Drive projects through the post-production process to produce quality video content Product photography and photo editing Develop graphics in Illustrator or After Effects for use in videos or products Experience: Two years of experience working as an editor in digital, doc, advertising, or TV Proficient in Adobe Premiere Proficient in Adobe Media Encoder Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop An eye for detail, pacing, and continuity Ability to take notes from multiple sources and implement them in your edit Self starter and strong collaborator Ability to work cross-functionally across the organization Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the above for at least 8 hours per day 5 days per week (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Duties outlined in this position will require the employee to stand, crouch, sit, bend, and use hands and arms to spaces both high and low. The employee will be standing, walking, climbing, balancing, lifting, holding, or stooping while on the shift. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, which can include but is not limited to extreme heat and cold temperatures Use your hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls Repeat the same movements Education: A degree in design, fine arts, or related field is a plus (preferred) Champion Discs, Inc dba Innova Disc is the largest and most popular manufacturer of sporting equipment for the sport of Disc Golf.
