United Employment Solutions is looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing corporate team in Rancho Cucamonga.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys taking ideas from concept to execution and wants to make a direct impact on company growth, recruitment, branding, and business development .

In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership and our six branch offices to strengthen our brand, attract top candidates, support business development, and create engaging marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do

Website & Digital Marketing

• Manage and maintain the corporate WordPress website , including content, landing pages, plugins, integrations, and updates.
• Ensure the website consistently represents a professional, polished, and premium brand.
• Support SEO initiatives and optimize website content for local search visibility.
• Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Recruitment Marketing & Candidate Attraction

• Develop creative marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates across our six branch locations .
• Manage and optimize job board listings to maximize visibility and applicant flow.
• Create recruitment campaigns for urgent and high-priority positions.
• Analyze candidate sourcing performance and adjust strategies to improve results.

B2B Lead Generation

• Support marketing initiatives designed to attract new business clients.
• Assist with CRM, email marketing, sales automation, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Help create professional marketing materials and campaigns that support business development.

Social Media & Content

• Manage the corporate content calendar and social media presence.
• Create engaging, professional content showcasing company culture, employee accomplishments, branch successes, hiring initiatives, and company milestones.
• Help maintain a consistent and recognizable brand across all marketing channels.

Company Culture & Events

• Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including:
• • Team-building activities
  • Staff mixers and company events
  • Employee recognition programs
  • Themed office spirit days
  • Corporate celebrations
• Bring fresh, creative ideas that help make United Employment Solutions a great place to work.

Marketing Materials & Vendor Coordination

• Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of marketing collateral, promotional items, corporate gifts, and branded materials.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure materials are delivered accurately
