- Listen carefully to customers and identify their needs.
- Provide accurate and helpful information based on customer inquiries.
- Assist with routine customer concerns and service requests.
- Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs.
- Follow up with customers when additional assistance is required.
- Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives.
- Assist with customer outreach and lead generation activities.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Communicate customer feedback and recurring concerns to appropriate team members.
- Escalate customer issues when additional assistance is needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer service and performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to learn.
- Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
