Social Media Content Creator

*4-Month CONTRACT opportunity, ONSITE 2-3 days/week*

Robert Half's client is seeking a creative, agile, and data-driven Social Media & Content Specialist (Manager level) to support their Marketing & Communications team. This role will play a key part in developing engaging content, managing social platforms, executing campaigns (organic and paid), and delivering insights that drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness.

This is a hybrid role supporting both day-to-day content execution and broader social media strategy

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Produce short-form video, reels, graphics, and copy aligned with brand voice
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement
• Capture on-site event content , including video interviews and live coverage
• Respond to real-time content needs and ensure consistent brand presence

Campaigns & Strategy

• Support content calendars and campaign execution
• Assist with paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Stay current on social trends and emerging platforms

Analytics & Optimization

• Track and analyze performance metrics
• Deliver monthly reporting and insights
• Optimize content and campaigns to improve engagement and reach

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills
• Experience managing multi-channel social platforms
• Familiarity with paid media campaigns and performance tracking
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
• Sprout Social (or similar analytics tools)
• Project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
• Experience with photo/video creation and editing (DSLR, lighting, audio a plus)
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

A strong storyteller who can blend creativity with analytics , is comfortable both behind the camera and in the data , and enjoys working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment .
