Production Coordinator

Akkodis is seeking a Production Coordinator I/ Promotions Producer for a 5-month contract with a client in Miami, FL. Location: FL - Miami, Hybrid preference. Open to remote within the US for the right candidate. Duration: 5 Months Contract + Possible Extension Pay Range: $28-$30 per hour on a W2. The rate may be negotiable based on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant considerations. What We Do/Project The Programming & Creative Operations team supports the planning, scheduling, promotion, and performance analysis of television and digital content across the network. This role plays an integral part in ensuring programming schedules are accurately maintained, promotional campaigns are effectively developed, and content performance is tracked and optimized. Working closely with Programming, Creative, and Marketing teams, the position supports day-to-day broadcast operations by managing scheduling data, reconciling traffic logs, monitoring ratings performance, and identifying content opportunities from internal network libraries. The role also contributes to the development of on-air promotional campaigns through content review, asset management, light video editing, graphic creation, and research of creative elements such as music, imagery, and footage. This is a highly collaborative position that combines media operations, content analysis, creative production support, and audience engagement strategies to help deliver compelling promotional content and maximize the impact of network programming across platforms. Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role Support entering and maintaining official program schedules into Broadview. Time and reconcile traffic logs using IPROMO to support accurate scheduling and broadcast execution. Assist in screening potential content from sister networks for programming opportunities. Input and maintain ratings data in DEAL for performance tracking and analysis. Review and evaluate footage to identify compelling sound bites for on-air promotional campaigns. Log and manage promotional assets within CAT to ensure accuracy and organization. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications to support promo production and content development. Research and identify appropriate graphics, music, and visual elements to enhance on-air promotions and strengthen audience engagement. Collaborate with creative and programming teams to ensure promotional content aligns with brand standards and strategic objectives. Participate in creative production tasks such as: light video editing, thumbnail creation, graphics, pulling clips or assets from existing DFC content. Must Have Skills / Requirements 1) Programming Platform Experience a. 5+ years; experience utilizing Programming Platforms such as WideOrbit, Broadview, etc.; Experience using these platforms within a hands-on capacity. 2) Premier and Photoshop experience a. 5+ years; Experience with creating shorts, clips, and marketing assets. 3) Copywriting Experience (Short Form) a. 5+ years of experience; Portfolios required. Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

1. Experience in Kids Marketing or Kids Media.
2. Experience with tracking and researching social trends.

Soft Skills: 1) Comfortability with digital platforms (Social Media, Adobe Suite, etc.)

1. Comfortable with managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
2. Ability to show initiative and resourcefulness.

3) Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Education / Certifications 1) BA/BS in Marketing, Graphics, or Advertising. Interview Process / Next Steps
