Role

Concord Tax Solutions is looking for a bilingual Bookkeeper with proven experience to join our team. We work with small business owners who rely on us to keep their books organized and up to date. We're looking for someone who can manage the books for multiple clients at once, with accuracy, organization, and clear communication.

We're a tax, accounting, and financial advisory firm serving primarily the Latino business community in North Carolina. We provide bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and strategic advisory services to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Record and categorize daily transactions for multiple clients
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet and P&L)
- Review reports to catch errors or inconsistencies before they're delivered
- Communicate directly with clients to resolve questions about their finances
- Support payroll processing as needed

Required Qualifications

• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), spoken and written required. If you are not fully bilingual, please do not apply.
  - Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable bookkeeping experience, including bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  - Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)
  - Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
  - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients' books at once
  - Prior experience at an accounting or tax firm

Schedule

- Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
