Business Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a highly collaborative and proactive Business Analyst to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and external development partners. This role will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and ensuring successful execution through close coordination across multiple organizations. Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements for workshops, interviews, and working sessions.
• Translate business objectives into clear and actionable functional and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure requirements are understood and approved by all impacted stakeholders.

Cross-Company Technical Coordination

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external technology partners, vendors, and development organizations.
• Act as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and distributed technical teams.
• Facilitate alignment discussions regarding business requirements, technical requirements, integrations, development priorities, and testing plans.
• Coordinate across organizations to ensure all teams have a shared understanding of scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Development & Delivery Support

• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering teams, QA teams, and external developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in solution design discussions to ensure business requirements are appropriately addressed.
• Monitor requirement implementation and provide ongoing clarification to development teams.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization activities in Agile environments.
• Verify delivered solutions align with documented requirements and business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external technology teams.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience supporting Agile and Scrum-based delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office, and collaboration platforms. Insight Global
