High standards, zero stuffiness.Tell us which office is closest to home — most of our team works near where they live, with the option to cross-train and cover other locations if you want the variety.What The Role Actually Looks LikeChairside assisting across general and surgical procedures — you're the doctor's right handOperatory setup, sterilization, and keeping the clinical day movingDigital x-rays and intraoral imaging (we'll support your certification if you're working toward it)Making patients feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared forWorking shoulder-to-shoulder with hygienists, doctors, and the front office as one teamWhere It Can GoStrong assistants here grow into Lead Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, or clinical-trainer roles.
