Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care plans.
• Administer treatments and interventions for body IR procedures, including chemo embolization and vascular access.
• Participate in SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques.
• Maintain and document patient charts using Cerner EMR system effectively.
• Assist with occasional Saturday shifts and potential holiday requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum one year of Level I trauma and Neuro IR experience required.
• Must pass dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance with two attempts allowed.
• Prior experience with SIMs Lab activities including sterile field maintenance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes call shifts, averaging 4-5 per month.
• Adherence to professional appearance standards, including natural hair color and clean shave policies.
