Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive telemetry monitoring and care to patients with a range of neuro and cardiac conditions.
• Ensure proper utilization and management of medical equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct initial assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain sterile field during essential procedures and pass required SIMs Lab skills.
• Manage patient flow and care in a Level 1 trauma environment with adherence to clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience, preferably in a Level 1 trauma setting.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills with the ability to detect small changes in patient conditions.
• Experience with adult and pediatric telemetry in an acute care setting.
• BSN preferred; Med Surg/Tele certification is an advantage.
• Ability to pass dysrhythmia exam and SIMs Lab evaluations on first attempt.
