Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients on a Telemetry unit.
• Maintain level 1 trauma and Med Surg/Tele protocols and standards.
• Pass and complete SIMs Lab and other required training modules.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including RTs and intensivists.
• Assess and monitor patients with neuro-acute conditions.
• Participate in unit rotations and adhere to facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with a focus on Telemetry.
• Experience in a level 1 trauma facility strongly preferred.
• BSN preferred; Certified in Med Surg/Tele is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and neuro assessment skills required.
• Willingness to float across MS/Tele as needed, including other campuses.
