All hourly associates are eligible to receive a quarterly bonus incentive, colleague discounts and the opportunity to be a part of an iconic brand. Certain criteria must be met to receive the quarterly bonus incentive.

Essential functions include following food division best practices, clearing and setting tables, sorting china, glassware and flatware, organizing recycling, performing daily cleaning tasks, ensuring the dining room is properly set for customer service, communicating customer requests or concerns and service flow issues with servers and manager on duty, following station specific duties and responsibilities, complying with dress code and food division and health department standards, assisting servers and customers, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications and competencies include no education or experience required, prior restaurant industry experience preferred, general knowledge of cleaning procedures, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures, a team player who possesses the ability to work in a learning environment, ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management, ability to follow safe work practices in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, extended hours and key event days.

Essential physical requirements include prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department, reaching, crouching, kneeling and stooping, frequent use of computers and other technology, and frequently lifting/moving up to 25lbs.
