Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated strategies, increase audience engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and drive business growth through effective digital initiatives. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising. Manage and optimize the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms). Create editorial calendars and content strategies aimed at community growth and lead generation. Optimize website and landing page content to improve SEO performance and user experience. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behavior insights. Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital tools. Evaluate the performance of digital marketing initiatives and propose improvement actions to maximize reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Create and distribute high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, case studies, and promotional materials. Collaborate with sales, design, product, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment. Develop email marketing strategies, manage automated campaigns, and support campaign optimization. Manage community engagement by responding to messages and fostering relationships with customers and prospects. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Basic to intermediate photography and video production skills for creating engaging digital and social media content. Pay: $23.00 per hour Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
