Online coaching via the IMG Academy+ brand, with a focus on personal development through the lens of sport and performance Online college recruiting, via the NCSA brand, providing content, tools, coaching and access to a network of 40,000 college coaches The Executive Assistant & Driver will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Executive they support while also ensuring safe and efficient transportation for them. Position Responsibilities

Assist with management of incoming/outgoing communications, including confidential information, calendars, planning/scheduling meetings, conference calls, etc. Assist with scheduling of building conference rooms, times, and attendees. Coordinate and prepare itineraries, forms, and reimbursements. Assist with presentations, power points, excel sheets, etc. Assist with revision of projects including preparation, word processing needs, drafting of letters, and finalization of agreements as directed. Liaise with Academy staff as a touch point for Executive. Assist with daily building administration duties such as stocking kitchen snacks and beverages, maintaining office supplies, and distribution of mail. Safely transport Executive as necessary. Navigate efficiently using GPS or other navigation tools to avoid delays. Responsible for operating and maintaining a transportation vehicle. Familiar and able to comply with all applicable State and Federal DOT regulations. Maintain current license. Other responsibilities as assigned. 5+ years of office administrative experience Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Ability to read, understand and comply with the rules and regulations of the State and Federal DOT Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and communicate positively and professionally with all internal and external constituents Firm commitment to confidentiality and respect for sensitive information Excellent written and oral communication skills Preferred Skills

Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience Physical Demands and Work Environment
