Onsite SupervisorLocation: Burlington, VT Schedule: Non-traditional/extended hours as required Clearance: Government Security Clearance may be required Pay: $23.80/hrAbout the Role We are seeking a highly organized, performance-driven Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily workflow, lead a team, and support excellence in remittance operations. Our client's Receivable Operations division provides lockbox services to corporate, public sector, and federal government clients. This team ensures customers can efficiently process traditional paper-based payments by capturing remittance data and delivering accurate, timely output files for accounts-receivable updates.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily workflow for assigned processing workgroupsManage a team of full-time and part-time frontline associatesBuild and maintain strong customer relationships using service-improvement toolsMaintain direct ownership of remittance processing productivity and qualityAllocate work efficiently to maximize throughputMonitor shift performance, escalate delays, and resolve processing issuesCoach and develop Team Leads and Operations team membersFoster a highly engaged, teamwork-driven environmentEnsure strict adherence to customer guidelines, bank policies, audit, and security standardsConduct regular performance feedback and counseling with associatesAdapt effectively to changing business needs and prioritiesRequirementsMinimum 2 years of onsite supervisory/leadership experience, ideally in remittance processingBackground in employee engagement, training, and ongoing coachingStrong ability to motivate, lead, and maintain visibility with teamsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasksProficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and internal systemsStrong decision-making, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with diverse groups and levels of the organizationCore leadership strengths: planning, motivation, problem-solving, conflict resolution, analysis, team-building, and interpersonal skillsPhysical RequirementsSitting: up to 95%Standing: up to 95%Walking: up to 95%Lifting: up to 30% and up to 50 lbsAdditional Requirements This role may require non-traditional or extended hours based on business needs.
