The company values analytical thinking, professional growth, and a commitment to client success. Role Description The Graduate Business Development Associate is a full-time role based in Houston, TX. In this position, the associate will support the business development team by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and contributing to the growth of key markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales materials, prospecting new clients, creating and delivering presentations, and assisting with proposals and client communications. The role involves coordinating with internal technical and project teams to understand service offerings and effectively communicate value to prospective clients. The associate will also help track business development activities, maintain CRM records, and support follow-up actions to advance opportunities in the pipeline. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong presentation skills and experience creating and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Ability to perform lead generation activities, including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and supporting outreach campaigns. Proficiency in market research, including gathering and analyzing industry, competitor, and client data to support business development strategies. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information in a clear, business-focused manner. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Comfort working in a high pace environment, collaborating with colleagues in person and remotely using digital tools. Interest in technology, engineering, or industrial services; prior internship or project experience in these areas is beneficial. Language Full professional fluency in written and spoken English. Additional language capability is a significant advantage, particularly Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese. Eligibility and Mobility Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship. Valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for international travel, and eligibility to obtain business visas for our operating regions. Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record. Able to satisfy pre‑employment background check, drug and alcohol screening, and physical fitness for site access. Able to work on‑site in Houston five days per week; this role is not eligible for remote or hybrid arrangements.
