Receptionist - $50K-$55K - Bethesda, MD

Our client, a private equity firm in Bethesda, MD, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their busy and growing office! About The Job: Serve as the front desk point of contact, answering and directing incoming calls. Sort and distribute mail, sign for packages, and notify recipients. Prepare conference rooms for meetings and coordinate catering needs. Support office communications and operations on a daily basis. Track and maintain the office and kitchen supply inventory. Provide administrative support to team members as needed. About You: Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of office experience (internships count!) required. Customer service attitude with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. About The Position: Salary range of $50k-$55k with a comprehensive and generous benefits package. On-site 5x/week in the Bethesda, MD office. Hours are 9am-6pm daily.
