Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial client assessments, drafting detailed psychological evaluations to aid in treatment planning.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Your expertise will aid in addressing complex mental health challenges, and you will be tasked with adapting your therapeutic approaches to the unique backgrounds and cultural contexts of your clients. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, equipped with a deep understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
