Key Responsibilities: Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to ensure the prompt cleaning of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area, including washing floors, walls, and kitchen equipment Assist in basic food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling standards Empty and clean trash and recycling bins Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth flow of dishes during busy service times Assist in various cleaning tasks around the hotel during the evening shift Qualifications: Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA Previous experience as a steward or dishwasher in a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required; we will provide training for the right candidate A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and efficiently Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Aspects of the Position: Must be able to stand on feet throughout the shift, with intermittent periods of walking Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs at shoulder height Must be able to occasionally push/pull up to 75 lbs Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
