IT Systems & Support Administrator

Job Title: IT Systems & Support Administrator Pay Rate: $38-$40/hr on W2 Duration: Temp to Hire Role The IT Systems & Support Administrator will serve as a primary internal technology resource, providing hands‑on end-user support, coordinate technology initiatives, manage relationships with your 3rd party IT support group, and ensure employees have reliable, secure, and efficient technology resources to perform their work. Primary Responsibilities End User Support Serve as the primary point of contact for employee technology support Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, mobile devices and peripherals Install and configure desktops, laptops and mobile devices Support Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications Assist employees with password resets and user account issues Serve as liaison with outsourced IT provider Escalate issues requiring advanced infrastructure support Coordinate projects with MSP Monitor ticket resolution User Administration New hire setup Employee offboarding User account management Asset inventory Maintain IT documentation Coordinate hardware purchases Track software licensing Assist with technology budgeting Recommend equipment upgrades Security Promote cybersecurity best practices Coordinate security initiatives with MSP Monitor user compliance Support MFA and security policies Travel Travel between multiple office locations (LA, OC, Riverside) Company mileage reimbursement Desired Qualifications 3–6 years IT support experience Microsoft 365 Windows Active Directory (basic) Ability to work independently
