Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and guests with outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $24.44 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.
• Monitor access points and activity within the location, helping to support authorized entry, visitor guidance, and compliance with property rules and post instructions.
• Assist with daily operations at a commercial real estate location by maintaining a visible presence, answering questions, and communicating clearly with tenants, contractors, and local responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
