Marketing Assistant/Analyst 3

The Member Marketing team focuses on increasing member engagement and satisfaction by educating members about their benefits, encouraging utilization and reminding them to actively participate in their health journey, while creating loyalty and enhancing the member experience. Day to Day Responsibilities Support the Relay Network (Member Health Newsfeed) platform and help PM the Relay cards – build in the CX Builder, ensure all special handling approvals, data availability, SP version, CTA word count and graphic size Work on LOB launch – coordinate calendar, work cross‑functionally with business (especially commercial) for new LOB launch. Collaborate closely with campaign managers on special handling groups and obtain content approval. Advocate campaign processes and guidelines with creative and cross‑functional teams. Update the performance deck with Relay cards and KPIs. Lead the Relay calendar call and support the calendar. Review data files for accuracy. Required Skills Strong cross‑functional project management. Attention to detail and operational excellence. Campaign and marketing process expertise. Preferred Skills Proficiency in Jira, Workfront, Smartsheet. Agile methodology – Scrum Master a plus. Experience working in highly regulated environments. Education Requirements Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or combination of education and experience. Position Information Contract type: Contract only. Duration of assignment: 9 months (potential to extend or convert to FTE). Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, possible overtime. Location: Hybrid.
