Role Description This is a full-time, remote Regional Sales role responsible for driving revenue growth and client relationships within a defined territory. The Regional Sales professional will identify and qualify prospective multifamily, student housing, and senior living clients, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored marketing solutions and service packages. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, delivering virtual product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing new business. The role will also involve partnering with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, maintaining regular communication with existing clients, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The Regional Sales professional will track performance metrics, provide territory reporting, and stay informed about industry trends to inform outreach and strategy.

• Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills, such as managing a sales pipeline, forecasting, and guiding clients and internal stakeholders through the sales process.

• Experience in multifamily, real estate, or property management industries is ESSENTIAL.

• Comfort working in a remote environment with strong self-management, organization, and time-management capabilities.

• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic digital marketing concepts is preferred.

• Educational background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
