As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business across the employer market, securing net-new logos and building relationships with mid-market and enterprise organizations.

\n

What you'll do

\n

\n
• Drive net-new business development across employer groups and benefits buyers
\n
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities from prospecting through close
\n
• Develop relationships with HR, Benefits, and People leaders across target accounts
\n
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver consultative sales processes and strong client outcomes
\n

\n

What we're looking for

\n

\n
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within digital health, wellness, or employee benefits
\n
• Track record of closing new business and generating net-new revenue
\n
• Experience selling to HR, Benefits, or employer stakeholders
\n
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and maintaining accurate forecasts
\n
