Description

\n

The Regional Sales Manager represents our client and its product line throughout the assigned sales territory.

\n

It is a key position responsible for selling on projects, securing customer relationships with distributors and contractors, ensuring that service and deliveries are satisfactory, and coordinating internally with customer service, shipping, and accounting personnel.

\n

The role includes, but is not limited to, developing and managing outside sales activities; preparing quotes and pricing; order entry, confirmation, and follow-up; responding to incoming sales inquiries; and working closely with the office team to enhance product knowledge, align on customer requirements, and support overall sales objectives.

\n

Key Responsibilities

• Represent our client and its product line in assigned territories.
\n
• Develop and manage outside sales activities.
\n
• Prepare quotes, pricing, and manage order follow-up.
\n
• Respond to customer inquiries and support sales efforts.
\n
• Coordinate with internal teams as needed.
\n
• Perform other duties as assigned.
\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• 5+ years of sales experience in a similar industry, specifically polyethylene and/or thermoplastic piping systems.
\n
• Experience working with distributors, contractors, representative agencies, and/or other relevant customers within the assigned market.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
\n
• Availability to travel as needed, estimated at approximately 50% of the time .
\n

Compensation & Benefits Compensation

\n

\n
• Base Gross Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually, paid bi-weekly.
\n
• Gross Commission: % of regional net quarterly sales, capped at $ 100000 annually.
\n
• Car Allowance: $1,000 monthly
\n
• FLSA: Exempt.
\n
• Reimbursement of Travel Expenses: Monthly after submitting expense reports.
\n
