The Role

\n

The Regional Sales Manager, West owns revenue growth across the region and reports to the VP of Sales. Most of the business runs through independent distributor partners, so a big part of the job is finding the right agencies, getting them trained and motivated, and holding them to a plan. The other part is direct work with surgeons: opening accounts, getting new users through their first cases, and building the relationships that turn evaluations into standard of care. You will be the face of Elevation Spine in the region during two product launches, which means plenty of time in the OR, in cadaver labs, and in front of value analysis committees.

What You Will Do

• Own the West region sales number, build the annual territory plan, and forecast accurately month to month.
\n
• Recruit, contract, onboard, and manage independent spine distributors. Set clear expectations, review performance quarterly, and make changes when coverage is not working.-
\n
• Drive surgeon adoption of Saber-C Avia and Saber-XA, from first conversation through first cases and beyond. Cover cases yourself when needed.
\n
• Identify and develop key opinion leaders and early adopters for product evaluations, peer to peer education, and surgeon training events.
\n
• Work hospital value analysis, IDN, and ASC processes to get products approved, priced within company guidelines, and on the shelf.
\n
• Train distributor reps and OR staff on surgical technique and cleared indications, and keep every conversation on label.
\n
• Manage set deployment, consignment inventory, and loaner logistics across the region so the right instruments are in the right place.
\n
• Partner with marketing on regional programs, trade shows, and surgeon events, and bring competitive intelligence and field feedback back to marketing and R&D.
\n
• Operate in line with the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, Sunshine Act reporting, and company compliance policies.

What You Bring

\n

\n
• Five or more years of spine implant sales experience with a track record of hitting or beating quota.
\n
• Anterior experience in ACDF and ALIF or OLIF procedures strongly preferred.
\n
• Proven experience recruiting and managing independent distributors or agencies.
\n
• Existing surgeon and distributor relationships in the West.
\n
• Comfort and credibility in the OR, including independent case coverage.A builder mindset. You are comfortable without a big company playbook and like having your fingerprints on the result.
\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
\n
• Based in the region near a major airport, able to travel up to 60%, and able to meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements.
