Responsibilities

\n

Own and drive full-cycle sales engagements with prospects deploying next-generation, AI-ready cloud infrastructure.

• Qualify opportunities with rigor and drive complex sales engagements from first conversation through to close.
\n
• Independently build and manage a strong pipeline of customers who want to partner with Lightbits as we change how AI NeoCloud cloud providers and Enterprise companies architect their infrastructure for the AI era.
\n
• Forge lasting relationships with prospects and customers - understanding their needs deeply enough to represent them internally and help shape our product, support, and executive teams toward world-class solutions.
\n
• Cultivate a network of channel partners and systems integrators who help carry the Lightbits story further than you could alone.
\n
• Team up with a multidisciplinary crew of sales pros, technologists, and marketers across time zones, all pushing together to exceed shared goals.
\n
• Need to show excellent communications skills with all internal and external stakeholders. 
\n
• Work remotely with the flexibility that comes with it - with travel to be where the deals, and the people, are.

Desired Skills and Experience

\n

Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience, with sharp analytical instincts and the confidence to engage senior executives on strategic business outcomes.

• Strong knowledge and genuine curiosity about AI Inference infrastructure and its core concepts. 
\n
• 7+ years of field hardware/software sales experience selling into SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS customers.
\n
• Fluent in the open source ecosystem and the broader cloud IT landscape.
\n
• Solid grasp of standard IT operational workflows, particularly through the lens of AI Neocloud DataCenters and application-centric infrastructure.
\n
• A track record of prioritizing the right accounts and opportunities, prospecting into new ones, mapping organizations, and hunting down what's next.
\n
• An entrepreneurial mindset - creative in how you build a pipeline, disciplined in how you break into new accounts.
\n
• Driven by outcomes, with a strong self-motivation to deliver and exceed on goals, driving for results that are wins for both customers and Lightbits.
\n
• Strong Can Do approach, creative thinker and out of the box doer, ready to roll sleeves and be out there.
\n
• Proven Startup experience is a must, working in a fast paced environment which requires agile thinking when building your own territory.
