Sales Director | Enterprise Software | Strategic New Business

We're partnering with a market-leading enterprise software company helping some of the world's largest organizations transform how they connect applications, data, systems, and emerging AI technologies in real time. Solutions aimed at Agentic AI adoption and success!

Following continued global growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Director (Senior Individual Contributor) to lead enterprise new business activity across a strategic territory.

What You'll Be Doing

\n

\n
    \n
  • Driving new logo acquisition across enterprise accounts
    • \n
  • Developing and executing strategic territory plans
    • \n
  • Engaging C-level, business and technical stakeholders
    • \n
  • Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
    • \n
  • Working closely with pre-sales, partners and customer success teams
    • \n
  • Building senior relationships across target organizations
    • \n
  • Consistently delivering against ambitious growth objectives
    • \n

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in Enterprise Software sales
    • \n
  • Strong experience winning net new business (70/80% focus)
    • \n
  • Track record of exceeding quota in complex sales environments
    • \n
  • Comfortable engaging both technical and executive audiences
    • \n
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong hunting instincts
    • \n
