Sales Director

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead commercial growth across North America for a specialty food ingredients business.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

\n

\n
• Lead and develop a team of Senior Commercial Managers
\n
• Drive sales growth across the food ingredients sector
\n
• Manage and grow strategic customer relationships
\n
• Personally develop new business and manage key accounts
\n
• Take full responsibility for the regional P&L, revenue and margin performance
\n
• Set commercial strategy, budgets, forecasts and KPIs
\n

\n

We are looking for someone with:

\n

\n
• Proven sales experience within the food ingredients industry
\n
• Strong experience managing and developing commercial teams
\n
• A track record of selling specialty ingredients or ingredient solutions
\n
• Experience with P&L responsibility, budgeting and forecasting
\n
• A commercial, entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
\n
• The ability to operate effectively across the North American market
\n
