Sales Director

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead sales strategies, manage sales teams, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, targets, and KPIs.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, including leadership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
