Work directly with a manageable caseload of around 35 students, each receiving dedicated 30-minute sessions per week. With approximately 18 hours of direct therapy weekly, this position also allows ample opportunity for documentation and participation in IEP meetings, ensuring comprehensive support for each child’s needs.

Qualifications:

• Active, valid Occupational Therapist license is required
• Experience delivering OT services in schools strongly preferred
• Skill in documentation, progress monitoring, and IEP collaboration
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for working with elementary-age students in a team-centered environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy to individual students, following prescribed weekly service minutes
• Conduct assessments and reevaluations as needed
• Document interventions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school procedures
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings to support collaborative planning
• Communicate proactively with families, teachers, and other related service providers
• Travel between assigned elementary campuses as needed
