You'll work directly with a caseload of approximately 35 students, with each receiving consistent, individualized OT services throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience working in school-based OT settings preferred
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent time management for direct service, documentation, and participation in IEP meetings
• Commitment to fostering student growth and independence within the school environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 30 minutes of individualized OT services weekly to each student, totaling around 18 direct service hours
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating with other educators and specialists
• Adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs across multiple elementary school sites
• Serve as a resource for school staff and families regarding student occupational therapy goals
