Employer: TDL Staffing
Salary: $115,000–$135,000/year, DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

TDL Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineering Manager for a full-time leadership position based in Fairbanks, AK. This role is ideal for a licensed electrical engineer with strong leadership skills and experience in the design of power, lighting, and signal systems for commercial, institutional, or government projects.
As an Electrical Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team of engineers and EITs, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to high-quality project delivery across a variety of sectors.

** Holding a NICET certification is nationally recognized and may expedite the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of electrical engineers and EITs
Oversee and contribute to electrical system design (power, lighting, and signal systems) for a range of projects
Collaborate with in-house architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, and fire protection teams
Help establish and improve technical standards and quality assurance processes
Participate in client meetings and support project planning and coordination

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineering (PE) License
5+ years of experience in building systems design, power distribution, or lighting systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
