Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Delta Township seeking Assembly Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train assembly line personnel.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain quality standards and conduct regular inspections of finished products.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and production issues.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Optimize workflow and continuously improve assembly processes.
• Manage inventory of parts and materials to prevent shortages.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated assembly processes.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and process development.
