CT Technologist

Schedule

9-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Backup call required every 9th weekend and potential holidays.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine.
Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist in the state required.
Current advanced ARRT CT registration strongly preferred.
BLS healthcare provider certification required.
Two or more years' experience as a CT Technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

Produce diagnostic images using computed tomography while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Participate in education and documentation regarding dose optimization and safe operating procedures.
Assist in strategic development of CT services and operational efficiency within the unit.
Maintain patient quality standards across all age groups.
Interact professionally with patients, vendors, and medical staff.
Document patient medical information accurately and follow identification protocols.
