Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Growing PR Agency is seeking a Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to help build and execute affiliate and performance PR strategies. This role brings together affiliate commerce, editorial media, creator partnerships, and public relations to drive brand awareness, traffic, conversion, and measurable revenue. Clients are across fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, entertainment, and consumer brands. You will work cross-functionally with PR, influencer, talent, and client teams, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution across commerce publishers, affiliate networks, and creator programs. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies with goals for traffic, conversion, revenue, and visibility. Build relationships with commerce editors, publishers, affiliate teams, and shopping-focused media. Identify and secure commerce editorial opportunities, including product roundups, reviews, gift guides, and trend coverage. Develop, recruit for, and manage creator affiliate programs—including outreach, seeding, commission strategy, and relationship management. Manage programs, links, commissions, promotions, and reporting across major affiliate platforms and networks. Analyze performance data to identify high-performing publishers, creators, products, and content opportunities. Integrate affiliate opportunities into broader media relations, influencer, and talent strategies. Create promotional calendars around launches, retail moments, holidays, and key shopping periods. Prepare client-facing reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps. Participate in client calls and present strategy, results, and growth opportunities. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance PR, commerce media, creator marketing, or a related field. Strong understanding of the commerce editorial landscape and publisher affiliate programs. Experience with affiliate platforms or networks such as Impact, Rakuten, CJ, ShareASale, Awin, ShopMy, LTK, or similar. Experience building or managing creator affiliate programs. Working knowledge of affiliate performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, clicks, commissions, and ROAS. Strong communication, organization, analytical, and client-facing presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Background Experience spanning both traditional PR/media relations and affiliate marketing is strongly preferred. Existing relationships with commerce editors, publishers, affiliate teams, or high-performing creators are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
