Prep and Line Cook

We are seeking a dedicated Prep/Line Cook to join our dynamic team at Infuse Hospitality in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that align with our mission of providing tailored hospitality solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking meals according to established recipes.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
3. Ensure food safety standards are met during food preparation and handling.
4. Collaborate with management to plan menus and execute daily specials.
5. Create & maintain daily as well as weekly prep lists based on par levels.
6. Work line during service hours, executing dishes accurately & timely.
7. Check stock levels & prepare ordering lists.
8. Communicate with management before shortages or ingredients become an issue.
9. Label, date, rotate stock (FIFO.)
10. Delegate prep tasks to FOH staff when needed.
11. Other duties as needed/assigned

Qualifications

1. 1-3+ years in a professional kitchen (prep & line experience required.)
2. Knife skills & familiarity with basic kitchen equipment necessary.
3. Ability to read & scale recipes.
4. Strong organizational skills - requires planning ahead, not just reacting.
5. Reliable, punctual, and able to work standing for extended shifts.
6. Monday - Fridays only.
7. Not required: familiarity with inventory & ordering systems.
