A rapidly growing power distribution equipment manufacturer is hiring multiple temp-to-hire Electrical Assemblers for their 2nd shift team. This company designs and builds custom power distribution systems that support AI data centers and keep critical facilities like hospitals and essential infrastructure running across the country.

Electrical Assembler Job Duties:

• Install and wire electrical components including panels, switches, breakers, and control systems using blueprints and schematics
• Test completed assemblies and troubleshoot any electrical issues
• Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment safely — all tools provided by the company
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

• Overtime often available based on production needs

Pay: $20.00 per hour

• $20 base
• Overtime available when production needs it
• Full benefits package included

Electrical Assembler Requirements:

• At least 6 months of electrical assembly experience
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, drawings, diagrams, and schematics
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 45 lbs
• Reliable transportation required — not bus accessible
