Full Time Nights, 5x8 per week, Every Other Weekend, Holiday Required 5x7.5

Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Requirements
- NYS Nursing Assistant Certification
- One (1) year of previous Long Term Care experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting needs while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Maintain resident safety and the cleanliness of the unit in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
- Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meal delivery, tray preparation, and feeding as per their preferences.
- Address and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial statuses to the Charge Nurse promptly.
- Participate in rehabilitative care by implementing restorative activities as outlined in individual care plans.
- Follow safety protocols related to potential occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Compliance / Notes
Exposure to blood and body fluids is reasonably anticipated; tasks may involve potential contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues.
