Compensation: $85,000+ depending on experience

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized and relationship-oriented Paralegal/Office Manager to join a corporate team. This unique role is ideal for a senior paralegal from a small law firm or legal services environment who enjoys balancing legal project management, employee relations, and operational leadership.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary coordinator of business services partnering with outside counsel to drive cases from initial review through resolution. Additionally, this individual will provide advisory support on employee-related matters and assist with recruiting and onboarding initiatives. This position requires a collaborative professional who can thrive in a small-team environment, communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and bring a thoughtful, empathetic approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience required; senior-level experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing litigation, settlements, or legal case administration.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple external attorneys, vendors, or stakeholders.
• Prior supervisory, management, or office leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Comfortable working independently within a small, collaborative team environment.
• Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, or onboarding is a plus.
