Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position entails providing direct nursing care within a Level I trauma center on a cardiac telemetry unit, caring for patients with all cardiac needs including post-operative care. The role involves implementing and monitoring patient care plans, communicating patient conditions, coordinating discharge planning, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Job Details Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: 1 year of experience, State License in good standing, valid Driver's License or State ID, and completion of Ascension Profile and 2 professional references. Additional Information: The unit is a 28-bed cardiac telemetry department providing care for all cardiac needs, including post-op patients. Nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4-6. Supported by patient care technicians and a Healthcare unit coordinator, with utilization of virtual sitter monitoring and monitor technicians. The position requires floating to cardiac telemetry and med-surg departments. Travelers may work up to 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period and holidays if needed.
