Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Job Details Position Description: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Responsibilities: Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patients discharge planning needs with healthcare team members. Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Able to work in a stressful environment. Unit Description: These are 28-bed cardiac telemetry units caring for all cardiac needs including post-op care. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:4-6. The unit is supported by PCTs and a healthcare unit coordinator. Utilization of virtual sitter monitoring and monitor techs to monitor those on telemetry. The facility is a Level I trauma center serving all ages. Float: Float rotation may be required. Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, current drivers license or state ID, at least 1 year of experience in telemetry nursing, and the ability to start on 09/20/2026 and end on 12/19/2026.
