We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Greer, South Carolina. This is a Long-term Contract position supporting daily front-office operations in a services environment, where you will assist customers in person, handle transactions accurately, and provide service in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate brings an approachable communication style and is comfortable working in a lobby and drive-through setting while maintaining efficiency and professionalism throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers in a front-desk environment, ensuring each interaction is handled with courtesy and attention to detail.
• Support service activities in both lobby and drive-through areas, adapting to customer needs while keeping lines moving efficiently.
• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish to help customers understand services, resolve concerns, and complete requests without confusion.
• Process cash payments and related transactions accurately, balancing funds and following established cash-handling procedures.
• Address customer questions and service issues promptly, using sound judgment to deliver effective and respectful resolutions.
• Enter and update customer information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Contribute to team coverage and daily workflow coordination within a small in-office service team.
• Assist with duties connected to the meter system support effort as assigned during the contract period.• Fluency in both English and Spanish with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with a wide range of customers.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a front-office, banking-style, utility, or public-facing service environment.
• Hands-on experience handling cash transactions accurately in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to work effectively in both lobby and drive-through service operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving customer concerns in a calm and service-oriented manner.
• Familiarity with petty cash processes and general transaction balancing practices.
• Comfort using business software systems; experience with Utility World is a plus.
• Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.
