Temporary to Direct Hire Administrative Assistant on North Shore of Boston

Administrative Assistant

Back Bay Staffing Group is seeking an administrative assistant to assist two busy executives in a growing company on the North Shore of Boston. Tasks and responsibilities include:

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
Answer and manage incoming calls.
Receive and interact with incoming visitors.

Education and experience:

Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software (i.e. MS Office Suite).
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
