We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager who knows how to lead people, manage performance, develop talent, and turn operational goals into measurable results.

If you're a results-driven leader with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or residential home services and you're ready to take the next step toward General Manager leadership, we'd love to meet you.

As an Operations Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day performance of our residential service and installation operations. You'll be responsible for developing technicians and frontline leaders, improving key performance indicators, maintaining operational accountability, and ensuring our teams consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend time reviewing performance, coaching team members, leading meetings and training, conducting ride-alongs, partnering with dispatch, and identifying opportunities to improve results. Your goal is simple: build great people, create strong processes, and drive a consistently high-performing operation.
